Refunds
1. Scope
Applies to paid subscriptions on deaduanas.com, operated by Claudio Bullorini within the 442Holding.com digital ecosystem, per plan (Essential, Professional or Business) on Pricing.
2. Payment processor (Paddle)
Customer subscriptions are processed through Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Card payment data is not stored directly by deaduanas.com. Receipts, billing and refunds are handled via Paddle (paddle.net or the «Manage subscription» link on your receipt).
Payoneer is used to receive business payouts related to this digital activity; it does not process customer card payments on deaduanas.com.
3. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day refund guarantee from initial purchase if the service does not reasonably match the plan description. Request via info@deaduanas.com or Paddle receipt.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU / UK)
Consumers with statutory withdrawal rights (e.g. 14 days in EU/UK) may request cancellation and refund within the period, unless they expressly consented to immediate digital service delivery as required by local law.
5. Technical failures or no access
If you cannot access paid features due to a deaduanas-attributable failure after verified payment, contact info@deaduanas.com. We will fix access or assess proportional refund/credit.
6. Non-refundable cases
After the withdrawal period, fees are not automatically refundable for simple cancellation: you may cancel renewal; service continues until the paid period ends.
7. Price changes or discontinuation
Material changes will be notified with reasonable notice. If we discontinue a plan, we will offer lawful remedies (pro-rata refund or credit).
8. Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days; banks may take additional time to post credits.
